We always have you in mind, so if you are dissatisfied with your product selection, do not hesitate to contact us at
1-514-733-GIFT or 1-888-355-0000 within 15 days of the arrival of your product. If articles are damaged and not imprinted, we will replace the goods with non defective merchandise free of charge. However, we will not assume responsibility after garments have been imprinted, unless artwork or apparel are defective. If so, we will only replace the damaged goods that have been returned to us.
